Example Fee Structure
2025/2026 Example Fee Schedule
Breathing Space with Gecko – Holistic Family Support does not charge administration, service or onboarding fees - These fees do not align with our ethics and business philosophy, or our desire to prioritize equitable access to in-home care for all families.
Families are only charged for care, as per Family Management Plan and onboarding documents. The table on the right shows an estimate of out-of-pocket costs for families’ subsidised In Home Care. The family’s CCS (Child Care Subsidy) percentage is determined by the In Home Care Support Agency of WA and is based on the individual needs of the family.
In Home Care is charged per hour, per family; for up to five children, with no more than four children preschool age or under (within the meaning of the Education and Care Services National Regulations).
The Child Care Subsidy requires a second session to be created with an additional Educator where the Educator to child ratio exceeds this amount. Families are eligible to receive Child Care Subsidy for both sessions. All children in both sessions must be enrolled in In Home Care and be from the same family.
Our fees have been carefully set to reflect the true cost of delivering a compliant, safe, and high-quality service. This includes meeting regulatory requirements, supporting Educators appropriately, and ensuring the ongoing viability of our service.
These out-of-pocket costs contribute to essential business overheads required to operate the service. This includes Educator wages, insurance, public liability, tax, superannuation, compliance and regulatory costs, and other operational expenses necessary to maintain a safe and compliant In Home Care service. If your family qualifies for the Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS), please refer to our ‘Request Care’ page to get a direct quote.
